When you submit an enquiry form or contact us by phone or email, we may collect: your name, telephone number, email address, property postcode, the service you are interested in and any details you choose to share about the job.

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey, prepare a quote and (if you become a customer) administer the works. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.

## 4. Lawful basis

We process your data under Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

## 5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not progress to a quote are deleted within 12 months. Quote and customer records are retained for 7 years to satisfy HMRC and insurance obligations.

We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to operate (e.g. email hosting, quoting software) and with HMRC, insurers or regulators where legally required.
